Can someone help me out on how to go about doing the Halloween story and what i need besides the vfx provided i am new to vfx i have been racking my head to come up with ideas to fit the effects i am trying to find out how to fit the effect into the narration i am toying with doing a video but struggling with the 3O second limit on the story line.
