Hey so I been using after effects (still new )and i understand the basics but for my effects either it won’t stay on null or it doesn’t look right i keep scraping projects and starting over and it’s getting me nowwhere i know people probably working on there on projects but if someone can mentor me or just help lead me in the right direction i would greatly appreciate it fr 
People will probably be able to help more if you show the exact problem you’re having. Maybe add a screenshot (or video clip if that’s better) that shows the issue.
There’s also the adobe forum that you could ask if needed.
