360 Hyperspace Environment/Reflection Map CGI Demo

This is a demonstration of a Star Wars hyperspace 360 environment/reflection map I’ve been experimenting with. I’m using this particular model (instead of, say, an X-Wing) because the surfaces are so reflective.

For those that are interested, I’m planning to make a tutorial on how I created the hyperspace entry, exit, and tunnel effects, as well as making it into a 360 environment. I should note that the technique I used originated with Harry Frank’s (Graymachine) hyperspace tutorial from several years ago.

The Tesla Roadster 3D model was created by arslan-9912 and can be downloaded from CGTrader.

The SpaceX Dragon Suit 3D model was created by Julilus Arriaga and downloaded from SketchFab.
